Jon Bowsher
President and CEO, Signature Control Group
Jon joined Signature Control Systems in September, 2010. Since then, Jon has been focused on developing a repeatable business model that includes establishing goals, developing performance measurements, creating a culture of accountability and designing a strategic plan, with an emphasis on growth.
Jon currently serves on three boards. The Crossroads Community Development Corporation is a non-profit focused on providing social services including clothing and furniture to those in need, training and mentoring for ex-offenders as they re-enter society, and programming for those with addictions. Jon serves on the board of the Wine Guy Wine shop and Bistro and also serves as the Chairman of the Missions Board at Reynoldsburg United Methodist Church.
Jon earned a Master of Arts from The Ohio State University in June 1991, and received his Bachelor of Arts from The University of Toledo.
Jon was an Inside Linebacker coach at The Ohio State University for two football seasons. He and his wife, Leigh, have three children, Gram, Lizzie and Frankie.
